Adriana has served in the public education field for over 15 years as an educator, special education specialist, school psychologist, counselor/therapist and parent advocate for special education.

She has also served in her church with premarital and marriage counseling for over 10 years. Services include workshops on intimacy, learning how to fight, bettering communication, learning to be a team and parenting classes.

Adriana believes our reactions to situations are modeled by our thoughts and emotions. By allowing ourselves to restructure our thoughts and emotions, we are able to approach life with a different perspective that is beneficial to a creating a better self. We are able to focus on the present and the changes that we need to make for a better future. Each person is unique, therefore her approach is to personalize and tailor a plan with you to address your specific needs and goals.

She believes that therapy can be a valuable tool. She also understands the importance of creating a safe environment where you can explore how building on your strengths can help you repair past hurt to move forward.
